How we calculate this. Value is the number of new patients times your fee, or your fee plus about $6,000 of lifetime care when you choose lifetime value. Return is that value divided by your monthly investment. These are estimates for planning, not a promise of results: your fees, case acceptance and market all change the answer. On a strategy call we run the same math on your own numbers.

Where the starting fees come from. National averages from Pearl's dental cost data, built on ADA fee survey data (May 2026): implant post $3,075 plus crown $1,560; All-on-4 $22,590; clear aligners $5,245; veneers $1,425 a tooth; crown $1,560; exam $100 and cleaning $155, twice a year. Lifetime value uses the Academy of General Dentistry's estimate of $6,000 of a patient's own care over 15 years, before referrals ( AGD).
